In this dynamic role at Roche, you will support and shape change processes
You will contribute your expertise in labor law
You will lead complex P&C-related projects, including restructurings and negotiations
You will maintain trusted relationships with employee representative bodies (e.g., works councils)
You will be able to assess new trends and incorporate them into process design

A completed law degree or a degree in (personnel) business/HR and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Proven track record in successfully implementing projects in transformation environments
Expertise in working with employee representative bodies
Broad knowledge of labor law (both individual and collective)
Excellent situational judgment and objective assessment skills
Strong communication skills in fluent English, negotiation skills and experience facilitating group sessions
