Responsible for working with DRY EM and cross functional leadership to define strategic projects execution
Lead execution of DRY EM strategic agenda that delivers value for both the Business Unit and the M&Q organizations
Lead / participate in process improvement activities within DRY -External Manufacturing and network project management
Define and lead the execution of integrated M&Q agenda including technical and process improvements aligned with operational priorities
Facilitate DRY EM projects reviews to ensure projects are progressing according to timelines and project risk are proactively identified
Develop a risk management strategy for DRY EM projects and ensure contingency plans are developed

BS or MS in chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or equivalent scientific degree
7-10 years of experience in more than one site manufacturing function including projects management and continuous improvement areas
Demonstrated successful leadership of cross-functional teams
Demonstrated project management capability
Knowledge of the commercialization aspects of drug development and manufacturing
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong self-management and organizational skills
Oral and written communication skills that demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
