Manage a team of Commodity Managers, Supervisor(s), and Specialists for assigned supply categories
Lead a team in the development and implementation of category strategies and tactical procurement execution
Accountable for supplier cost, quality, and delivery performance
Coach and develop team to ensure success
Manage supplier relationships and serve as escalation point for sourcing issues
Analyze demand and drive procurement activities
Build strong and resilient supply chains

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desired
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in sourcing (Sourcing Manager I) or minimum of 7+ years’ experience in sourcing (Sourcing Manager II)
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in supervising (Sourcing Manager I) or minimum of 3+ years’ experience in supervising (Sourcing Manager II)
Demonstrated leadership skills including interpersonal relationship building, team facilitation, coaching and mentoring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced contracting and negotiations skills
Strong technical background with a base level of mechanical understanding
Strong analytical capabilities and solid business and financial acumen
Proven supplier negotiation skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word and ERP planning systems; SAP experience a plus
Willingness to travel up to 30% of total time
