About this role

Install, repair, calibrate, clean and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Review solutions with customers; discuss needs and ensure a safe operation situation.
Maintain a field parts inventory, testing devices and tools.
Maintain clean and safe working environment at the customer site and in the company vehicle.

Associate’s degree / Technical Associate’s degree or Electronic Technology Diploma and/or relevant Military experience
Recent graduate or 1+ year experience as a Field Service Engineer or basic troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking, IT system upgrades or similar
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb
Proficiency with analyzer network/connectivity setup and support directly to Laboratory Information System/Health Care Information systems.
Preferred Comp TI A+ certification.
