Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings to identify opportunities and support development of targeted sales strategies
Leverage market and competitive insights to support account planning and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their operational and clinical needs, delivering clear and effective product presentations
Build foundational knowledge of Heme/UA technologies and utilize sales tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI) to support territory planning and performance tracking
Partner cross-functionally to execute territory plans, support pipeline management, and contribute to achieving revenue goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience
Foundational understanding of sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account support), preferably within healthcare or diagnostics
Ability to assess customer needs and support positioning of solutions aligned to operational and clinical priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage diverse customer stakeholders
Proficiency or ability to learn sales and analytics tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI) to support territory execution and tracking
