About this role
Role Overview
Independent management of 2–3 marketplace channels (channel responsibility)
Handling customer inquiries, returns and complaints — online and by phone
Proactive telesales, upselling & cross-selling with a genuine sales mindset
Structured processing via a digital service inbox, Asana & sales funnel
Coordination of B2B and B2C customers across multiple platforms
Contributing ideas to the ongoing development of processes and tools
Requirements
2–3 years' experience in customer service, sales or a comparable environment (e.g., Autodoc, Teile24, automotive trade or workshop)
Technical understanding of automotive parts or willingness to learn quickly
Methodical, structured working style — you keep an overview even under high volume
Genuine sales mindset: you don’t just want to help, you want to sell
Enjoy working with digital tools (Asana, ticketing systems, marketplace dashboards)
Strong German communication skills — written and on the phone
Self-organization and personal responsibility — you don’t need someone telling you what to do next
