About this role
Role Overview
Manage and develop existing customers to ensure they become and remain long-term clients
Ensure successful onboarding of new customers in collaboration with our Onboarding Team and the responsible Sales Account Executive
Pilot and roll out new GUURU products and solutions with existing customers in collaboration with our Product Team
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with operational stakeholders on the client side
Conduct business reviews with customer decision-makers, together with our Head of Customer Success and/or CEO
Provide regular revenue forecasts per customer
Prepare and prioritize customer insights for product development
Actively share knowledge and collaborate with all teams at GUURU
Requirements
Several years of experience in Customer Success and/or Key Account Management
Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
Comfortable working with numbers and common computer software
University or college degree
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Native German and fluent English are a must; additional languages are a plus
