Interacting with Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor to assist in assembling renewal information or for making changes to policies throughout the year as received from the Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor
Tracking expiry lists for the Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor
Preparing information to be submitted to the Marketers to obtain new quotes, assembling the information into a presentation format for the prospect/client
Follows up on account receivable to ensure timely invoicing and payment of premium
Attend meetings with the Account Executive, Commercial Account Advisor, and Commercial Multiline Account Executive on new or renewal business when required
Requirements
Level 1 license is required, with completion of CAIB 1 & 2 strongly preferred
Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial property, having a minimum 1 year experience working in commercial insurance
Proficient with Microsoft programs and Broker Management Software Systems
Ability to multi-task and interact in a professional manner with clients and colleagues
Great problem-solving skills and the ability to make the necessary decisions to move work forward
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal daily direction
