About this role
Role Overview
Own Mesh's APAC BD and partnerships strategy across key regions
Identify and develop the highest-value partnership categories for APAC
Translate regional market dynamics into actionable GTM decisions
Represent Mesh externally at important regional events
Lead and close strategic partnerships in APAC
Build and manage a robust pipeline across all priority markets
Structure deals that create durable mutual value
Work alongside solutions and product teams for technical and commercial optimization
Recruit, develop, and lead Mesh's APAC BD team
Requirements
12+ years of BD, partnerships, or commercial leadership experience spanning traditional finance, fintech, and crypto
Proven track record of leading large, complex partnership deals at the enterprise level
Experience building and leading high-performing BD or sales teams
Deep commercial relationships across the APAC ecosystem
Comfortable in C-suite conversations and capable of earning trust quickly
Fluent in English; additional language capability in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a meaningful advantage
Strong grasp of APAC's regulatory environment
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where none exists
