You are the primary point of contact for our clients – from inquiry to booking.
You persuade HR and marketing stakeholders at companies of all sizes about our concept.
You build and develop an active network of event agencies, venues and partners.
You proactively approach new target groups and develop creative ways to generate reach.
You also contribute to digital topics – e.g., creating sales materials or managing campaign execution.
Additionally, you are occasionally on-site at events, client meetings or trade fairs – because personal experience and representation are an important part of our client care.

Requirements
Some to several years of sales experience – ideally in the events, agency or service sectors.
You can inspire people, are solution-oriented and have a feel for communicating on equal terms.
You work in a structured, self-organized and entrepreneurial manner.
Willingness to travel – for client meetings, events or industry gatherings.
Digital marketing know-how is a plus – e.g., in email, CRM, social or performance marketing.
You are eager to actively help shape a growing format.
