Strategic Resource Management – Effectively manage Merchandisers, Trade Shows Product Management support and in-store training initiatives.
Brand Ambassador – Drive OX marketing initiatives, grow social media exposure in line with company guidelines and represent the brand at trade events and customer engagements.
Requirements
Field Sales Experience – Experience in field sales or account management.
Proven Sales Track Record – A strong track record of growing accounts, winning new business and achieving sales targets.
CRM Proficiency – Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage activity and drive performance.
Relationship Builder – Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Exceptional Communication Skills – Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-Starter Mentality – Driven, organised and motivated to exceed targets and identify new opportunities.
