2+ years of experience
A proven track record of success in an aggressive target driven sales environment
Understanding of strategic selling techniques with strong negotiation skills
Experience in sales management methodologies, processes and reporting requirements
Ability to constructively confront people and issues
Ability to work in teams across the organization with multiple partners
