Responsible for the financial and technical performance of a residential property portfolio
Managing and optimizing the portfolio's financial performance
Planning and implementing ads, marketing and leasing strategies
Leasing with a focus on furnished short-term rental models (e.g. temporary furnished rentals, room rentals in shared apartments)
Active customer communication and sales activities
Conducting property viewings (on-site & virtual)
Leading customer negotiations including price, contract and length-of-stay discussions
Accounts receivable and collections management (monitoring incoming payments, dunning)
Close communication with owners/clients including key account activities
Review, feedback and quality management to continuously optimize leasing processes
Coordination of cleaning, caretaker and building services
Ensuring smooth operational running of the properties
Cost oversight and control for individual properties
Creating and maintaining shift and deployment schedules for external service providers
Preparing monthly statements and property reporting
KPI-driven work and deriving optimization measures

Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate agent/property manager, office clerk) or comparable qualification
Experience in leasing management, property management or asset/property management is an advantage
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of performance metrics
Excellent communication skills, negotiation confidence and sales affinity
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or property management software desirable
