Drives the transformation of ERIE’s Business Agility to enable our ability to respond to change, learn and pivot, and deliver with speed in a competitive market.
Manages a team to implement changes that will impact a significant number of stakeholders across the organization.
Partners with management to develop a strategy.
Ensures effective prioritization of the team’s work.
Identifies, removes and/or escalates impediments.
Collaborates with management, program leaders and product teams.
Provides thought leadership and expertise on agile best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in business, finance, management information systems, project management, or related field and eight years of related experience required; or Associate degree in a technical field, plus ten years of related experience, or; High School Diploma plus twelve years of related experience required.
In-depth knowledge of Agile techniques, Lean-Agile practices and Design Thinking practices and tools, required.
Management experience preferred.
