Own Carelon Health’s enterprise strategic planning process end to end
Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Design and manage the enterprise governance model for Carelon Health
Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison to senior executives
Integrate clinical, business, financial, and operational initiatives
Conduct and oversee rigorous analysis of clinical, financial, operational, and market data
Develop executive-level presentations and strategy materials
Build a strategic ecosystem of internal and external partners
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing strategy and planning team
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience
Strong financial, business, and leadership acumen
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex financial, clinical, and operational data
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
Consistent track record of high performance in delivering against aggressive goals
