Partner with BDRs: Work closely with Business Development Representatives to align on lead qualification and outbound strategies.
Requirements
A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for solving customer challenges.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse audiences.
Experience in SaaS sales, especially within the fintech or financial services sector, is a plus.
A commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback in a fast-moving environment.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience—what matters most is your ability to deliver results and grow in the role.
3+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, or a related SaaS environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%) to support client and team engagement.
