Drive Lexroom’s ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
Manage the entire sales funnel across both remote and in-person channels. Your mission will be to generate opportunities, conduct product demos, organize on-site meetings, and close deals.
Develop relationships with prospects through a combination of outbound activities, video calls, networking, events, and field meetings.
Work closely with prospects to identify their pain points, goals, and potential development opportunities.
Represent Lexroom in face-to-face meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Monitor the market closely for Lexroom. Work closely with the product team by providing valuable feedback from current and potential clients.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline through accurate CRM management, follow-ups, and forecasting.
Requirements
You have 1-3 years of experience in a on-field sales role.
You are a power user of sales support tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.).
You never stop learning and challenging yourself, and you're eager to join a rapidly growing startup.
You speak both Italian and English.
You are Fast and Accurate.
You are Humble and Hungry.

You are a Straight Talker.
