Shape the insights that help Product & Operations leaders make clear, informed decisions
Partner closely with senior stakeholders to support governance, executive reporting, and ad hoc analysis
Analyze headcount, financial, operational, and portfolio data to support executive decision-making
Develop clear narratives and recommendations for leadership and board-level audiences
Maintain tracking frameworks for portfolio health, resource allocation, and performance trends
Build repeatable reporting processes that provide consistency while allowing for timely updates and ad hoc analysis
Respond to analytical requests ranging from quick data pulls to in-depth, multi-week analyses
Prepare board and executive reporting materials
Use AI-enabled tools to speed up analysis, draft first-pass summaries, and test alternative ways to organize work

5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, operations, or a related field
Experience supporting a product, operations, or finance organization preferred
Experience with annual planning, initiative tracking, executive reporting, or board-level materials preferred
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data across multiple domains into clear, actionable insights
Strong experience with SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
Snowflake experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables from start to finish
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred.
