RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Marketing Automation & Analytics to lead their marketing systems and analytics efforts. This role is responsible for optimizing marketing automation, ensuring measurable marketing efforts, and providing actionable insights to influence business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize Salesforce and Pardot infrastructure, campaign structure, lead lifecycle management, and data integrity
- Build and improve marketing automation programs including: Nurture campaigns, Lead scoring, Routing workflows, MQL automation, Lifecycle progression
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and operational consistency across digital marketing efforts
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting across: Website, Campaigns, Email, Paid media, Social influence, Pipeline contribution
- Build reporting that delivers actionable insights and recommendations, not just metrics
- Help answer key business questions including: What content is driving engagement and conversion? How is social media influencing the sales cycle? What user behaviors occur after visitors land on the website?
- Partner with demand generation leadership to analyze campaign and funnel performance
- Own GA4 infrastructure including: Event tracking, Conversion tracking, Funnel visibility, User journey analysis
- Ensure accurate attribution and tracking across digital channels and systems
- Connect website, social, campaigns, CRM, and marketing automation platforms into a cohesive measurement ecosystem
- Partner closely with: Demand generation, Social media, Content, Digital marketing, Sales operations
- Manage and mentor digital marketing team members focused on campaign execution and website optimization
- Collaborate with external agencies and technology partners as needed
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or digital analytics
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement
- Experience building or improving marketing automation and lead lifecycle programs
- Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel reporting, and B2B demand generation metrics
- Experience with GA4, tracking infrastructure, and conversion analysis
- Experience creating executive-level dashboards and performance reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting B2B demand generation teams
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other complex B2B industries
- Experience working with external marketing agencies and implementation partners
- Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and website optimization concepts
