Commercial Losses Analyst I

Role Overview

• Monitor and manage the Centralized Measurement System (SMC) regarding billing, maintenance and administration;
• Perform communication tests with field teams on new installations and maintenance, validating communication between field devices and the communication server;
• Manage, together with CCEE (Electric Energy Trading Chamber), measurement points regulated by the Chamber;
• Participate in homologation of new technologies and products related to the department's core activities;
• Monitor and act on internal process indicators (KPIs);
• Configure communication equipment installed in the field both locally and remotely;
• Map critical failures occurring in systems and implement action plans for corrective measures;
• Manage (request and follow up) maintenance of points with communication issues;
• Execute pre-billing activities aimed at minimizing impacts caused by communication failures that require field readings;
• Perform billing routines according to established schedule, interacting directly with involved areas (Billing/Commercial Department);
• Account for the energy circulating in the distribution network;
• Analyze power flow, load curves, meters' fiscal pages, network switching operations in distribution and transmission, and the correct installation of the measurement system for billing;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering;
• Solid experience in the electric power sector;
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
• Quality management tools: W2H, PDCA cycle, flowcharting, among others;
• Experience with KNIME;
• Knowledge of Python;
• Knowledge of data science and statistical methods.
• What will be considered a plus:
• Intermediate English;
• Knowledge of Power BI;
• Project management skills;
• Knowledge of ISO 9001;
• Familiarity with ANAREDE, ADMS and SCADA systems;
