About this role
Role Overview
Drive regional business development to expand STRADE’s presence, including lead generation, pipeline growth, and market penetration.
Grow STRADE’s market share among buyers and sellers in line with the company’s strategy.
Ensure achievement of order intake targets in line with financial objectives.
Convert prospects into active marketplace users across both buy
and sell-side, ensuring strong onboarding and activation.
Secure and execute sell-side contracts with key regional clients.
Build and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders across airlines, MROs, lessors, OEMs, and traders to support long-term growth.
Drive sustained marketplace engagement by ensuring high customer satisfaction and recurring participation from buyers and sellers.
Develop high-impact sales proposals and commercial presentations that clearly articulate STRADE’s value proposition.
Represent STRADE at industry conferences and events to strengthen brand visibility and generate new opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve and promote marketplace offerings aligned with customer needs, including services and digital features.
Provide actionable market and customer insights to improve product features, services, and overall marketplace performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant aviation health and safety standards.
Requirements
You hold a degree in business, digital technology, aviation, or a related field.
You bring 5-7 years of commercial experience in aviation and/or digital marketplaces.
You have a proven track record in customer relations management and sales conversion.
You are confident in negotiating with senior stakeholders.
Contract management is an advantage.
You are an excellent communicator, skilled at building relationships and delivering impactful presentations.
You thrive in intercultural environments and easily adapt your communication style across different audiences.
You are fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
You are open to regional business travel as required by the role.
