Lead influencer marketing accounts as the strategic lead and primary client contact
Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from strategy and casting to execution, reporting and optimization
Oversee paid, organic, seeding, ambassador and experiential influencer campaigns
Provide ongoing strategic direction throughout campaigns to ensure strong performance and alignment with brand objectives
Work closely with creative, PR, paid media, events and account teams
Review castings, content, timelines and deliverables with a strategic lens
Analyze campaign performance and produce post-campaign reports that turn KPIs and data into clear insights, actionable learnings and optimization recommendations
Act as the client lead, build strong relationships and ensure high-quality communication and delivery
Identify growth opportunities, account development and new campaign ideas for clients
Support and guide coordinators and specialists in campaign execution (without direct team management)
Stay up to date on influencer trends, platform updates and the evolving creator landscape
Support budget recommendations, negotiations and campaign forecasting as needed
Ensure efficient campaign delivery while balancing quality, timelines and budgets
Requirements
5–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, integrated communications, account management or a related field
Agency experience strongly preferred, though strong in-house influencer experience will be considered
Proven experience managing influencer campaigns at both strategic and executional levels, including client relationship management
Excellent understanding of paid influencer campaigns, budget management and media allocation
Experience developing influencer strategies, proposals and campaign frameworks from scratch
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of end-to-end influencer campaign workflows
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to proactively recommend campaign ideas and solutions
Experience with large-scale or North American campaigns is a strong asset
Hands-on execution experience (casting, outreach, coordination, reporting) when required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into concrete recommendations
Bilingual French/English required; Montreal-based candidates are strongly preferred
Organized, adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-changing environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field is an asset
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and reporting tools is a plus
