About this role
Role Overview
- Efficiently operate AVIPAM systems to handle domestic and international travel requests
- Search, book, and confirm services according to client needs
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the client's travel policies to provide accurate guidance, ensuring consultative and personalized support
- Provide viable alternatives and quick guidance for transportation and accommodation
- Respond accurately and promptly within established deadlines
- Provide information on fares, exchange rates, and penalties for quick, effective decision-making
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements (passports, visas, etc.)
- Serve with a focus on customer experience and immediate resolution
- Align service delivery with AVIPAM's and clients' strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related fields preferred
- Proven experience in travel agencies or TMCs, with a focus on domestic and international corporate service
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Sabre GDS and the Argo online booking tool (OBT)
- Proficiency using airline portals
- Advanced English is a plus.
