About this role
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist (Payroll, Onboarding and Benefits) to join our HR team.
This position requires a generalist profile, working across multiple operational areas, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and eSocial.
The professional will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate execution of processes, as well as contributing to automation and continuous improvement of operations.
Manage payroll inputs and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Oversee and administer corporate benefits and the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with eSocial-related obligations, including taxes and labor charges.
Work with electronic timekeeping systems, ensuring correct integration with payroll.
Identify opportunities to automate processes using Artificial Intelligence tools and cloud systems.
Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and monitoring market trends.
Operate in a high-demand environment with significant volumes of hires and terminations.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of eSocial and comprehensive experience with payroll, benefits, and onboarding routines.
Experience with payroll systems; experience with the LG system is a plus.
Intermediate Excel (formulas, calculations, and data analysis); advanced Excel will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools and process automation is a plus.
Languages: Intermediate Spanish is desirable, given interaction with LATAM.
High resilience and ability to adapt to a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
Flexibility to handle high volumes of demand.
Communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Interest in working as a generalist, with willingness to learn and execute different HR processes.
