Identify and prospect new customers in the local market.
Present concrete solutions according to customer needs.
Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations through to closing.
Manage small accounts, ensuring profitability and achievement of targets.
Monitor continuous supply contracts (loyal customers) or on-demand supply agreements.
Provide excellent service from the initial approach through after-sales support.
Advise customers throughout the process, resolving incidents and ensuring their satisfaction.
Identify new applications and opportunities for product development.
Participate in the preparation of project proposals for new and existing accounts.
Execute commercial planning in accordance with marketing guidelines.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, proposing strategic actions.
Operate in compliance with company standards, with a focus on safety and compliance.
Report business progress and results through analytical reports.
Monitor the profitability and agreed volumes of the accounts under your management.
Requirements
Required education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
Experience in external sales routines.
Sales and negotiation techniques.
Knowledge of client portfolio management, new customer prospecting, and after-sales support.
Category B driver's license (car) and driving ability.
Availability for occasional travel.
