Mirador Search Partners is a leading compliance software and services provider, actively hiring Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you will prospect municipalities, set discovery calls for Account Executives, and engage in consultative conversations with prospects while meeting daily and monthly KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect across assigned territories (2–4 states, depending on market size), targeting municipalities
- Set discovery calls for Account Executives (AEs); not responsible for full discovery or messaging
- Conduct problem-driven, consultative conversations with prospects
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs: ~60 calls/day, 1 meeting/day, 12 qualified meetings/month
- Apply structured outreach approaches (e.g., “bucket questions”)
- Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of SDR experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience utilizing tech stacks such as Salesforce and Gong
- Experienced with remote work and self-motivation
- Comfortable conducting structured, consultative outbound calls
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow into AE or other sales roles
