About this role
Role Overview
- Set strategic direction and lead systemwide Accounts Payable operations
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Accounts Payable team
- Ensure vendor master data integrity and 1099 compliance
- Collaborate with ERP stakeholders to maintain and enhance payables-related systems, controls, metrics, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent college level coursework
- 5+ years experience in an Accounts Payable leadership role, preferably in a large multi-site hospital or healthcare system
- Experience with AP-related software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Accounts Payable Management or Procure-to-Pay certification preferred
