Perform accounting for derivative instruments in accordance with both GAAP and Statutory accounting standards.
Analyze and reconcile financial results for limited partnership investments.
Prepare derivative and limited partnership plans and outlooks used in earnings guidance.
Prepare and analyze derivative and limited partnership disclosures for SEC Form 10‑Q and 10‑K filings.
Develop, support, and maintain information delivery related to derivatives and limited partnerships.
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
Partner with portfolio management to understand investment strategies.
Support hedge documentation and effectiveness testing.
Maintain Sarbanes‑Oxley documentation and support ongoing monitoring of internal controls.

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required
CPA a plus
3+ years of accounting, reporting or finance experience
Basic knowledge of capital markets with a desire to learn investment strategies
Proactive individual with well-developed communication, analytical and documentation skills
Ability to react and successfully balance multiple competing priorities under strict time constraints
Strong computer skills, genAI research and application skills, and desire to learn new applications (Maximis, Business Objects, PAFE, WDesk)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
