About this role
Role Overview
Supporting project scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation
Assisting with procurement, purchase orders, and project buyouts
Monitoring jobsite progress through reporting, and status updates
Interfacing directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate project updates and support strong relationships
Attending and participating in project meetings to drive alignment across teams
Supporting financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Partnering with field teams, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure quality and alignment
Making timely, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Identifying risks and solving problems proactively
Supporting safety and project compliance
Requirements
3+ years of experience in project management or a related field
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Construction experience preferred
Curtainwall or façade industry experience strongly preferred
Willingness to relocate to Albany, NY for 18 months
