Role Overview
- Own and maintain two primary email inboxes, ensuring timely responses
- Audit bad reviews and proactively reach out to customers
- Monitor and engage on social media platforms
- Manage subscriptions through Recharge and save cancellations
- Troubleshoot lost or delayed packages via ShipBob
- Track ticket data and prepare structured weekly reports
Requirements
- E-commerce customer support experience
- Backend navigation experience in Shopify
- Understanding of subscription cycles and modifications in Recharge
- Experience with ShipBob or similar shipping/logistics fulfillment software
- Background from dedicated e-commerce/retail BPO campaigns
