Identify, engage, and screen top-tier candidates for leadership roles within healthcare systems, hospitals, and related organizations
Deliver qualified candidates within 48 hours of search launch
Build and maintain continuous, specialty-aligned candidate pipelines
Conduct in-depth screening interviews, evaluating both technical qualifications and leadership capabilities
Provide feedback and insights to search leadership on talent trends, pipelines, and market dynamics
Requirements
Experience recruiting for acute care hospitals, health systems, or clinical leadership roles
Background in interim or retained executive search
Familiarity with Jobscience or similar ATS platforms
AI sourcing tools and recruiting technologies
