Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical constraints.
Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists.
Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are feasible and testable.
Create and maintain project documentation (functional specs, data flow diagrams, system architecture documentation).
Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage conflicting requirements.
Assist in creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience with pre-sales activities
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Experience working with enterprise clients in Finance, Healthcare, or similar complex domains.
Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process.
Ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and success criteria.
Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus).
Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro).
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to estimate timeframes, costs, and resource needs for projects.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
English Level B2 at least.
