Role Overview
- Support strategy, development, and ongoing management of Digital Direct retirement offerings
- Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, legal, operations, marketing, and service teams
- Optimize funnels and support A/B testing for client experience
- Coordinate the delivery of features and maintain product documentation
Requirements
- 4 years + relevant experience
- Experience with digital account opening, funding, and/or rollover workflows
- Familiarity with retirement-related regulatory concepts and disclosures
- Experience improving conversion funnels and service journeys through experimentation and UX research
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related)
- Advanced degree a plus.
