You take ownership of the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our core products (Evalion platform, appraisal CRM, internal tools).
You sharpen our long-term product vision and develop a clear product strategy for the DACH region.
You design new products and MVPs based on market, customer and process insights.
You consolidate existing standalone solutions into an integrated, scalable platform and define clear system logic, interfaces and ownership.
You build a reliable data foundation (tracking, KPIs, reporting) and create transparency for data-driven decisions.
You translate business and user requirements into clear priorities.
Requirements
You have several years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership (discovery, prioritization, delivery).
Builder mindset: you want to do more than manage — you want to develop and scale products from the ground up.
You have technical understanding (APIs, data models, system logic) and the ability to work with engineers as an equal partner.
Analytical thinking: you define KPIs, implement tracking correctly and use data as a basis for decisions.
You have an interest in or initial experience with AI, automation or data-driven product development.
You bring leadership skills and enthusiasm for building an ownership culture in a remote setup.
You communicate clearly and in a structured way in German and English.
