Collaborate, develop and lead the email marketing strategy for the Financial Protection and Retirement Services (FPRS) business
Build, scale, design and execute lifecycle email programs across our suite of retirement solutions
Translate go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and product launches into targeted email journeys and campaigns
Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, dynamic content, personalization, testing, deployment, AI solutions, and reporting
Partner with Product, Data, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact communications that drive productivity and targeted outcomes
Lead optimization of email performance through A/B testing, journey enhancements, and data-driven decision-making
Maintain strong data governance practices including segmentation strategy, audience targeting, and data hygiene improvements
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure all communications meet regulatory and brand standards
Support the development of scalable marketing automation infrastructure and email best practices
Stay informed on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to evolve email strategy accordingly

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
5–8+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
Experience working within wealth management, financial services, or a highly regulated industry
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong technical proficiency with AMPscript and SQL
Strong command of lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and customer journey orchestration
Proven experience enabling sales and supporting go-to-market efforts through email
