Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets (from social media to TV) and defining metadata schemas and taxonomies to ensure assets are discoverable and ready for automated orchestration.
Mapping existing marketing workflows to identify bottlenecks, translating marketing needs into technical requirements for engineers, and using data to justify automation.
Collaborating with MarTech engineers on the DAM roadmap, leading Scrum ceremonies, and driving user adoption through training and AI integration.
Owning the relationship with user groups to gather feedback and acting as the "connective tissue" between Creative, Marketing, and Technical teams.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience with DAM or large-scale CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, OrangeLogic, Contentstack, etc.)
The ability to map "as-is" processes, write user stories, and troubleshoot technical implementations.
Experience working within a Scrum framework and leading ceremonies.
A proven track record of working within or closely with a Marketing department.
The ability to translate complex marketing needs into clear technical specifications for engineering partners.
