Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing , or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum 12–15 years of sales and business development experience , preferably within the electronics, semiconductor, industrial technology, or manufacturing sectors .
Proven track record in leading regional sales operations and achieving significant business growth.
Experience managing large strategic accounts and complex B2B sales cycles.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent strategic planning and business development capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industrial market trends.
