Requirements
A qualification in IT, computer science, or a related technical field — or equivalent self-taught experience
1–3 years of experience working within an IT team in some capacity (support, QA, development, data analysis, etc.)
Comfortable reading and reasoning about code — you don't need to write it fluently, but you should be able to open a codebase and understand the broad strokes
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll be writing a lot of documentation, tickets, and client correspondence
A demonstrated habit of being reliable with deadlines and proactive when things go off track
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar)
