Act as a brand ambassador, building Castillians’ Employer Brand image with the specific goal of positioning Castillians as the Employer of Choice in Tech.
Support the execution of the Castillians brand strategy as required.
Engage with clients and candidates in an ethical and professional manner to ensure long-term business relationships for Castillians.
Meticulously update Castillians’ CRM platform, ensuring all interactions with clients and candidates are duly recorded for quick retrieval and consistent continuation by peers.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for required and deployed talent by building, developing, and maintaining specified verticals of talent.
Source Castillians’ certified talent globally, or as defined by management from time to time.
Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs as defined by leadership.
Perform any other roles assigned by the company from time to time.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Human Capital, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, or HR Business Partner roles, ideally within Tech, Finance, or Professional Services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (placement targets, pipeline velocity, retention metrics).
Experience using CRM or ATS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Lever).
Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills.
