About this role
Role Overview
Field inbound calls from small business owners seeking insurance and make outbound calls to leads who have applied for business insurance through our website.
Effectively articulate the benefits of THREE to potential customers and close sales by: Educating leads on the risks their business may face, and how THREE can address those risks more effectively than other insurance providers.
Tailoring your sales approach to the unique needs and motivations of each customer.
Challenging misconceptions and overcoming objections with professionalism and confidence.
Collaborate with the Underwriting team to collect all necessary documentation from prospects to inform underwriting decisions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quota as set by Sales Leadership.
Maintain consistent availability for shifts as coordinated with your supervisor, ensuring reliable adherence to the agreed-upon work schedule.
Requirements
Active/current P&C insurance license.
2 years’ experience in sales or adjacent customer-facing role, preferably in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry.
Excellent communication skills, characterized by clarity and assertiveness.
Natural empathy and patience to translate complex concepts for clearer customer understanding.
Ability to act with a sense of urgency and maintain focus in a production-based environment.
Drive to quickly absorb new technical information and incorporate constructive feedback.
Experience and comfort using software in a professional environment.
Ability to work evening hours.
