Deliver value from ideation to implementation
Develop rapport with clients and guide them through the product development process
Work closely with the product team to champion user needs
Lead product discovery and design sessions
Create and implement design strategy, focusing on end-user needs
Design and facilitate workshops and design sprints
Engage clients to ensure balance between business goals and user needs

Experience working in lean/agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
Working knowledge of industry-standard tools, such as Figma
Led product design implementation as part of a cross-functional team or programme
Experience leading design activities on a project
Designed mobile-first, responsive, and mobile-native digital products
In-depth knowledge of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, User Experience Design, and Visual Design
Deep understanding of Brand application, UI design, and Design systems such as Atomic design
Working knowledge of User research and User testing
