transform its business model and technology portfolio
own and drive the BU strategy process and project work
work with leadership to determine the most critical strategy questions
lead the work from end-to-end with context-appropriate structure, objectivity, and analytical rigor
ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work to inform key decision moments
represent the BU strategy view in enterprise-level planning
help mentor junior staff and others

7+ years’ experience in strategy with direct accountability for leading strategic growth and transformation initiatives
mix of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm
one or more corporate roles in the automotive industry or similar B2B technology industry
demonstrated command of the end-to-end strategy process
strong understanding of software business models, licensing, and technology platform architectures
fluency in financial statements and financial concepts
professional demeanor and presence with high situational awareness
proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and tight deadlines
motivated self-starter with a strong “owner mindset”
prior experience in the automotive industry is a definite plus
undergraduate degree in a relevant field, MBA is strongly preferred
