About this role

Specialist support and account management for industrial clients in the liability insurance line
Review of existing policies and analysis of the current risk situation
Placement and renewal of contracts and insurance programs
Correspondence and negotiations with clients, insurers and other partners
Active support for the sales team, e.g. through client-specific tenders and the development of tailored insurance solutions
Claims handling and coordination

Vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable degree
Solid knowledge of the liability insurance line
Good knowledge of insurance products and policy conditions in the market
Friendly and confident demeanor
Analytical skills, persuasiveness and reliability
Customer orientation, strong communication skills and team spirit
