About this role
Role Overview
Execute outbound outreach via phone and email targeting healthcare decision-makers (hospital administrators, clinic managers, payers, etc.)
Research and build targeted prospect lists using relevant prospecting tools
Draft and send personalized outreach sequences, follow-up emails, and cold call scripts
Book virtual and in-person meetings directly with clinics and hospitals on behalf of the organization.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Track outreach metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked
Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and outreach collateral
Monitor email inboxes, respond to initial inquiries, and route warm leads appropriately.
Support the sales team with reporting, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
1+ year of experience in US healthcare sales, business development, or a similar outreach-focused role
Proven ability to book meetings directly with clinic and hospital stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline and contact management
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong phone presence with experience in cold calling and follow-ups
Solid research and list-building abilities
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
Basic understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, payers, health systems, physician groups)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
