About this role
Role Overview
Operate day-to-day in the execution, monitoring and maintenance of routines related to the company's CRM and Customer Experience ecosystem;
Ensure correct execution of journeys, campaigns, automations, segmentations and operational flows defined by the team;
Execute the operational setup of automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
Perform operational activities within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms;
Monitor operational performance of journeys, campaigns, integrations and automated flows;
Open, track and resolve support tickets related to the platforms;
Perform operational validations related to the business rules defined by the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in fields related to technology, systems, CRM, automation or data;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce CRM;
Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
RD Station;
Blip;
Dealer Workflow;
CRM and marketing automation;
Segmentation and parameterization;
Automated journeys and operational flows;
Reports, dashboards and operational controls;
Intermediate Excel required;
Basic knowledge of integrations between platforms;
Operational testing and validations;
Customer Experience and digital channels;
Familiarity with journey concepts, automation and traceability;
Continuous interest in technology, automation, AI and digital evolution.
