Manage the full sales cycle, from generating sales opportunities to account follow-up and ensuring successful collaboration.
Partner with clients to recommend the right products/services and build long-term relationships.
Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
Work closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
Proactively propose innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales.
Experience managing multiple territories or areas concurrently.
Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
Ability to drive a deal from prospecting through to signature.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demos and negotiate confidently.
Proactive: able to take significant responsibility and move initiatives forward.
Autonomous and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and associated sales tools.
