Set and refine the global internal communications and employer brand strategy.
Counsel senior leaders; plan and prepare CEO/leadership visibility moments (firesides, town halls).
Oversee and coach the internal communications team; review campaigns and content.
Coordinate with regional communications teams (India, Europe, Latin America) for alignment and integration (e.g., post-M&A integrations).
Drive change-management communications for major initiatives and acquisitions.
Leverage AI and technical expertise to craft clear, engaging narratives for employees.
Measure impact using data/insights and adjust programs.
Manage external partners/consultants and cross-functional projects to bring the Prosus narrative to life.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in internal communications, employer brand, or employee experience roles.
Proven expertise in leading internal change and communication strategies in global or matrixed organizations.
Experience with employer branding, employee engagement, CEO/executive visibility programs, and change management.
Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leaders, regional teams, and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and scale high-performing communications teams.
Familiarity with AI and technical concepts, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging communications.
Preferably, experience in technology/consumer internet sectors and international/multi-cultural settings.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
