About this role

Manage logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound materials.
Provide dock operations ownership for site startup and logistics execution.
Monitor and drive performance against logistics KPIs and compliance requirements.
Analyze logistics processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Track and resolve shipping, warehouse, and carrier exceptions.
Manage critical logistics escalations to minimize operational impact.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external logistics providers for seamless execution.
Utilize analytical tools to develop logistics solutions that optimize cost and reliability.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations or 3PL management, preferably in high volume or ramp environments.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, bonded/LMW compliance, and supplier governance.
Proficiency in SAP/WMS systems, inventory control, and performance metric tracking.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ownership in translating data into decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
