Manage logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound materials, equipment, and finished goods
Manage capital warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and Intel requirements
Monitor and drive performance against logistics KPIs and operational standards
Analyze logistics processes and identify inefficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities
Track, escalate, and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and execution exceptions
Partner closely with cross functional teams and external logistics providers
Utilize analytical and digital tools to develop logistics solutions
Provide regular updates to senior leaders on schedule, scope, cost, risk, and execution readiness

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations or 3PL management, preferably in high volume or ramp environments
Good knowledge of Malaysia customs regulations and experience working with local customs and brokers
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, bonded/LMW compliance, and supplier governance
Proficiency in SAP/WMS systems, inventory control, and performance metric tracking
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ownership in translating data into decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
