You independently and punctualy prepare the monthly payroll accounting for our clients
You act as the central contact for all payroll-related matters, handling complex challenges together with our clients and collaboratively optimizing their payroll processes
You coordinate communication with relevant authorities, health insurers and social security institutions
You also support your colleagues internally with payroll-related matters for our clients
In addition to your day-to-day duties, you are part of our development as a modern Tax‑Tech company and contribute to exciting projects on digitalization, processes, people & skills, and organization
Requirements
You have completed vocational training in tax consulting, human resources, or a relevant degree; additional qualifications such as Certified Payroll Accountant or Payroll Specialist are a plus
You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a tax firm
You possess solid knowledge of payroll and social security law
You are proficient with DATEV (Lohn und Gehalt or LODAS)
You are interested in technology, digitalization and innovation in tax advisory
You work in a structured and reliable manner
You are keen to develop further and take on responsibility
You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with clients
You are a team player
